Steve has a very professional outlook whenever he undertakes to perform any services. He is super diligent and very considerate of the customers requirements. When it comes to pricing , he makes sure that everything is considered, and the customer is aware of the possibility of any unforeseen issues. An extremely competent and professional contractor. Since using his services, he is always my first consideration whenever I have work to be done.

Steve has done many projects for us over the course of years. After finding him to redo the siding on our house in 2017, we continued to use him for multiple jobs. He was our first call for any job my husband and I couldn't handle or didn't have the time to handle. His prices are fair, he's there when he says he's going to be, and gets the job done well. If we hadn't moved away he would have continued to be our first choice for construction needs!

Steve turned a screened porch into a beautiful Carolina room. It more than exceeded our expectations. We relocated the entrances from the interior to the room and the exit to the outside. We incorporated half-moon glass windows near the ceiling to the entrance and to the outside wall and also casement windows. Steve also installed a curved deck and railing outside the house.
