I’ve visited Steve’s Plumbing Supply three different times, and each visit has been the same experience. The owner speaks to customers in a way that feels dismissive and condescending, especially if you’re a do‑it‑yourselfer trying to find the right part. His answers are short, unhelpful, and lack basic courtesy. After giving this place multiple chances, I won’t be returning.
The guy behind the counter was awesome! Great conversation and he really helped me get the parts I needed for my oil boiler. This is thr spot to go to if you need parts for your oil boiler.

Very helpful - Very friendly - they actually helped me assemble my bathroom sink kit at the counter so I could better understand how the connections fit with my old sink pipes.
