I came home on Friday afternoon and found 5 inches of water in my basement. I called Steve’s Plumbing and they came immediately. My sump pump had gone out. They replaced it in a short amount of time. Scott was very helpful and courteous. He explained what had happened and told me what I needed to do until the water was gone. I have used Steve’s Plumbing before and will use them again if I need their services. I highly recommend them to anybody with Plumbing needs.

Was called to repair the work this company did on a toilet. Toilet was caulked to the floor with a clear silicone type of material that proceeded to turn brown. Was told there would be no more need to address leaking after that. Toilet continued leaking. Was wet underneath and the wax ring was not sealing. Also found tank to bowl bolts rusted tight and had to be cut off as the tank to bowl gasket was stiff and no longer sealing. Poor job done and took a handyman to do it successfully.
