This is a remarkably fine resource for houseplants, from the everyday to the extraordinary. The range of their stock is fantastic. They have great rarities at very high prices; many of these (like variegated monsteras) are slow to multiply. But equally, there is a huge range of choices at modest cost. Super reliable nursery! Plants are good size and robust. Packing is done well and with care. If there are any issues, Kim in customer service will take care of you. Did I mention Selection? The variety of beautiful and unique plants is endless.
In a time when it is often difficult to get customer service and quality products, Steve’s Leaves really shines! My order for “Pink Diamond” begonia arrived in fabulous condition in spite of several days in transit in winter-cold weather. Kim is phenomenal in customer service and Janet, who wrapped and packed my plant did an exceptional job. I rate Steve’s Leaves as the best plant supplier on the web!
Steve's Leaves is the place to go to for all your house plant needs. They have an awesome variety of plants to choose from and very are very knowledgeable about the plants needs and origin. Steve's Leaves not only has great plants, they have great customer service! I ordered 2 Begonia rex. When I opened them, it was obvious the shipping company had left them in a hot place. They were totally crisped. I contacted Steve's Leaves customer service, and they were so accommodating. I had seen an unboxing of Steve's Leaves. The YouTube channel had done other stores Steve's was the one that stood out. I found their website and placed an order. The time line between order and arrival was quick. The first order was in great shape. Placed a second order quick time line again. The plant again arrived in great shape. Will be continuing to order from Steve's Leaves.
Three months ago, I purchased the Begonia Chlorosticta (dark form) from Etsy. The plant took three days to arrive and it arrived in excellent condition. Since I wanted to make my plant fuller, I decided to purchase a fuller plant from Steve's Leaves. I placed the order on July 25th, On August 1st I received notification that my item was shipped, and on August 3rd I received the plant. I just received the beautiful Rex begonia 'Starry Nights' and am SO pleased with this healthy, robust plant! It was packed very well, and arrived in perfect condition. It came very quickly, and was nice and damp. It's sitting here indoors happily adjusting to the big transition it's just had from Texas to cool, moist Western Washington--a glorious addition to my growing Rex begonia collection. I’ve been receiving quality plants from Steve’s for a little over a year now. Prior to the pandemic, we would source locally for all our plant needs and wants. I was hesitant with the way our postal service’s were being pulled in every direction. I can tell you I have yet to be disappointed in the past year! Not once. I noticed a complaint in reference to packaging. A Begonia I got last week Nothing shifted, moved most importantly, nothing broke.
