Steve is the "Best Jewelry" store in Tyler. He's a very nice person who has been in business for many years. He actually has a laser for working on difficult metals like platinum so no need to send it out of town like the other jewelry stores do. The price was a fraction of the estimate I was given by those mall jewelry stores.
