LOVED my experience. The employees were personable, helpful, and efficient; the referral program is awesome; there was candy available in the office; and I even received a follow-up thank you card in the mail! What more could you ask for?

Steve s was great, they were very fast even though we didn t have an appointment and their prices were very reasonable.
AWESOME customer service! Quick service! They called after they had done a full inspection of my car then went over every little detail, explaining everything as they went. They give you the best deal possible! I will DEFINITELY go back to them in a heartbeat!
Best in Utah Valley! I don t understand the one-star reviews. I asked Steve about them and he said that he had done everything he could to make things right and I have no doubt that he did because there have been a few instances when one of my cars had more problems than originally thought and it took more time to fix, but so what? It got fixed. Steve and his guys are excellent mechanics, but they re not perfect. Some times by fixing one thing, another thing down the line will go bad. No control over that. One star is too good. We brought our car in for a simple fix and they had it for FOUR days. Two of the days they didn t do anything, One of the days they just didn t start working on it until late in the afternoon and the other day was waiting for a part and then not working on it again until the late afternoon. After all that we were back in again one week later with the same problem and they want to charge us more for more work. They are way overbooked and unapologetic(in their own words). The staff is so friendly! The store is clean, they contacted us multiple times to give us updates, they were true to their word and pleasant to do business with.
Interesting what others are saying! I am also not one to write many reviews but after reading some of these I am compelled to do it this time. From my experience I can say that I have never been treated with more respect than @ Steve's. The girls at the desk were great at greeting me and they took me home while they had my car and they even have a discount program on most of their services. The work they did was done when they said it would be and at the price they quoted me, which was the same price another shop had quoted.... read more
