Bad experience from start to finish. First off I had an appointment with Eric to check out a truck and when I showed up he wasn’t there and no one knew where he was. So instead I got setup with some old guy who didn’t know how to use his computer. We did a test drive and he said that he didn’t know anything about the car and in fact he’s never sold a used car before. I wanted to crunch the numbers and see what loan rate I would get and was told they would my run my credit. They actually ran my credit 5 (!) times. Lastly the ... read more

Fixed my truck right up!
I visited Steve's hometown motors with my MIL. My partner was busy working so he couldn't go with me. I was worried I'd be jerked around, lied to, and bribed into getting a bad deal. A lot of the " well this could happen, and that could happen." Made me feel out of my element without him around. When I arrived I was greeted with a kind friendly attitude and directed to Sergeo and Todd Brown.
