We were driving through Eau Claire on a mini vacation when our Tahoe just stopped running. We got Steve's number from a local woman who was working at the hotel we were staying at. She highly recommended him. Steve was very fair and did great work. He only recommended parts and solutions that were needed. Thank you!

We had an emergency situation today. We only have one vehicle and they towed my car this morning and had it fixed by the time I finished work. They also charged us a very decent price and kept us informed. Without them we might not of had a running vehicle to get us to work and back. So thank you very much for all your hard work today! Just a quick that a boy testament to the folks @ Steve's Hillcrest. I called Steve at 8:00 AM with serious brake trouble on my vehicle. "It was smoking" I needed the vehicle for the weekend of course, they quickly set me up with a loaner car right away for me to drive while they healed my car. I was called with a fair estimate to approve and by that afternoon it was done. It is so nice having a trust worthy repair shop in the Chippewa valley you can count on! Thanks again! Thank you Steve's Hillcrest for doing such an excellent job helping me when my tires were bald... and I had no idea what that meant, or what to do. Steve gave me a quick lesson on tire tread, why low profile tires wear out earlier than standard tires, and what synthetic oil means. I will not go anywhere else after the excellent service I received! I will highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable rate. Thank you guys!!
