Steve, now that the weather has turned and we've fired up the furnace, we're very happy with everything. Thank you for taking the time to listen to what we wanted and designing a system that meets all our requests.

They came out to service our furnace. Told us that both oil tanks were completely empty. We were confused as we had just had oil delivered in October. Went and spent money we did not have to spend to put another 100 gallons in. Only to discover the 2nd tank was turned off and totally full. There is NO way he pulled both tank plugs and found them empty. I may not be as upset if I didn't have to spend $400 we didn't have right after Christmas.
