They came out to service our furnace. Told us that both oil tanks were completely empty. We were confused as we had just had oil delivered in October. Went and spent money we did not have to spend to put another 100 gallons in. Only to discover the 2nd tank was turned off and totally full. There is NO way he pulled both tank plugs and found them empty. I may not be as upset if I didn't have to spend $400 we didn't have right after Christmas.
Steve was top notch! Reliable, honest, fast and pricing was affordable. We know our AC will be needing attention in the future, and he will definitely be our go-to guy for our heating and cooling needs. Would highly recommend Steve to those in the Weirton, WV area!
Steve was great! He is very professional and I highly recommend his service to anyone. He found the issue quickly and inspected our entire system to ensure it was functioning properly.
I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience with Steve. He was super reliable, professional, and thorough. I needed a new furnace and i upgraded my A/C condenser. He was able to get everything installed and operating super quick. 5 stars isn't enough for this guy!
Steve was wonderful! He was recommended to us by a family friend when we moved to Burgettstown. Our furnace went out in mid November while we had a 4 month old. He serviced it for free and helped us deal with our warranty company while getting it replaced. We liked him so much that we had him install our central air and fix some duct work this summer! He is super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
