Called them this morning and within an hour Devin was there and had it fixed. Very friendly and efficient!
Over the course of several days, Steve showed up to help our family stay warm in the frigid Minnesota temps. He not only showed up on Christmas Day, but also the day of his birthday party to fix our ancient furnace. We ended up needing to have a new furnace installed and he had his whole crew show up to get the old furnace out and the new one installed as quickly as possible.
