I unfortunately had a bad experience with Steves. Suzie was very rude to me through a lot of the process, and we did not end up with the correct flowers the day of the wedding. We had 2 random extra corsages and an extra bridesmaids bouquet, yet the roses to present to our mothers during the ceremony were not there, and instead of getting 5 flowers (4 white, 1 blue) for my hair, they sent 3 (2 white, 1 purple!!). Steve and Suzie are great! Suzie always gives suggestions on what to send if you are unsure. I am always pleased with the choice of flower arrangements that get sent! They also did my flowers for my wedding they were absolutely gorgeous! I had so many compliments on my flowers! I would and I will recommend them to family and friends!

Steve and Suzie are the very best. I live out of town but always rely on them when I need to send something in Punxsy. Their professionalism and compassion at a time of need is second to none. Wish everyone cared as much about their product as they did.
