Stay away. . He is not competent and perhaps dishonest. As others have said, he does not listen to his customers. I left him 2 computers to fix along with 2 identical computers to take parts from. One needed the key board switched and the other needed the screen replaced. He finally gave me the one with the keyboard supposed switched only, when I got it home it would not boot. It was fine except for the keyboard when I bought it in. I believe he damaged the hard drive while repairing the key board. I believe he damaged the h... read more

I have a Samsung 40" LED flat screen that lost it's picture but had voice, I was not about to throw it out and buy a new one as it was only five years old and it had a great picture. I brought it into Steve's Electronics and within one week he fixed the problem and I had my beautiful TV back in excellent working order. He was a pleasure to do business with, he definitely knows his electronics. The repair cost was very reasonable, I couldn't have replaced the TV for what I paid to have it fixed. He LOST My 52 inch Philips LCD, said he could fix it and lost it, never fixed it, never calls you, hangs up on you when you are talking, VERY unprofessional. I WANT MY TV....

Steve's Electronics is Awesome. He got my LG tv fixed within 2 days just for $400. when Danny's Radio & TV charged my $800 for 2 weeks.

GEEKSQUAD CAME TO MY HOUSE AND CHARGED ME $150.00 , THEN TOLD ME , MY PANASONIC 52" WILL COST $800.00 TO REPAIR. TO SEEK A SECOND OPINION , I CALLED STEVE SUNDAY MORNING TO LEAVE MESSAGE FOR AN APPOINTMENT , SURPRISINGLY HE ANSWERED THE PHONE. STEVE GOT MY TV REPAIRED IN TWO WEEKS TIME AT $350.00 . I'D PAID $2500.00 FOR THE SET. WITH ELECTRONICS I THINK EVERY SITUATON IS DIFFERENT.SOME GET REPAIRED AND OTHERS GO TO THE JUNK YARD .

Take your business elsewhere. – If you value the merchandise you need repaired, do not take it to Steve's Electronics. He had my tv for exactly 4 weeks and was no closer to fixing it than the day I dropped it off. The first time I picked it up I had to bring it right back because it was doing the same thing I brought it in for. Took it back and got every excuse in the book from waiting for parts to getting help directly from RCA. Finally I demanded my refund which he gave me, minus the labor.
