Staff is knowledgeable and always delighted to answer questions. They even reduced their quoted price of shipping to better accommodate my delivery needs. I converted my own shoes to curling shoes and they had the specialized materials I needed to complete my project. One item came in damaged and they replaced it for me quickly with time to spare before an upcoming bonspiel. Very happy.
