Excellent customer service. These folks managed to repair my PC after the motherboard had fried from a power outage. Vincent was respectful and worked with me through getting the original diagnosis and explaining the issues. On top of that, personal issues got in the way to where I couldn’t make my payment immediately .They made accommodations and allowed me to pay for the repair online throughout the course of four months. Steve’s Computer Repair repaired my laptop quickly and they kept me updated. I don’t know much about computers, but they were respectful and patient when explaining everything to me. I took my desktop pc in to have some upgrades, I did this on the recommendation ofa friend who had used their services earlier. John called me to let me know that it was ready we discussed more upgrades he called me back about an hour later with costs. He called when the parts came in and when the pc was ready. The continuous updates where greatly appreciated the work that was done met and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the business.
