Originally I left a 2-star review due to certain things in my laptop not being put back together completely and my laptop running really hot. After I left this review Steve reached out to me and set up a time to get it fixed and offered a refund for the initial diagnostics. Then a storm rolled through and dropped a billboard on their location knocking out power.
