Our water heater went out and was under warranty but we had no idea who to call or what to do. We are not from Vermillion but saw he dealt with that brand. Steve helped my husband and made many phone calls to locate a water heater that we needed and help direct us to who to call. He didn't have to go above and beyond to help us, but he did. We are so appreciative and highly recommend this business.
Called Steve to get two toilets changed in my new house we purchased. He quoted me $2500 to change two toilets. I had already purchased the toilets, the bidet seats and the wax seals. I had this same work done in my old house a couple years ago, and it took the plumber about 1.5 hours to do one toilet and haul away the old one. This quote worked out to about $800-$1000 an hour.
