Very smooth experience, from scheduling to results. Recommend. Was able to get 500sqft of carpet + an area rug cleaned in ~1h.
Amazing service. Through our own stupidity we managed to get ugly black grease stains on pristine dove grey carpet - not once but twice. Steve’s Carpet came to our rescue on both occasions and was able to restore the carpet to original condition. The young man they sent came on time, worked efficiently and was incredibly polite. I hope we learned a lesson and won’t need them again but I can’t recommend them highly enough.
They did an excellent job on cleaning the carpet…. We’re on time, respectful and polite!! Definitely going to use them again!
Got our carpets cleaned by Adam and Mike? maybe Joe? Hopefully I got that right- I can’t remember their names but they were super great. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing their carpets done. They were super fast, polite, and efficient.
