Thorough work performed professionally. They even got some spots out that I gave up on as impossible to clean.
Steve's was great! On time, friendly, accommodating and skilled. I am rating a 4 because the small seam where they had to cut and rejoin the carpet is quite noticible. But, I was told it would be. A little dissatisfaction there.
