Great customer service, Steve and his crew have the best hospitality and have taken care of multiple cars for me. I’ve been knowing Steve for a few years now and it’s truly been a pleasure working with him he’s a straight forward guy no gimmicks and games, just gets the job done.

I’m not one to leave reviews specifically for mechanics, but it was very disappointing that I had spent around $4400 here for replacing parts on a motor that were unnecessary as after all of it they realized the motor was blown. To put new parts on a blown motor especially $4400 was a waste. If it was a few grand, I would’ve been more understanding, but this is quite a bit of money that could’ve gone towards a new motor or other needs. They did treat me well but so much wasted money.

Please stay away from this place. They will find whatever way to take more money from you. Had the worst experience here with the owner giving me a quote to fix my mercedes benz. The owner decides to charge more than it should be, and it’s not until you provide evidence of competitor prices that he will succumb to a lower price. i was also charged for an oil refill and I drove away with the oil refill light still on in the car. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. I would encourage you to bring a check, exact cash, or a debit card, as I was charged a 3% inconvenience fee. I wish the phone support had informed me of this when I scheduled my appointment; apparently, this is a new policy that started at the end of 2024. Paying $390 for an oil change and filter feels a bit excessive (still slightly cheaper than the dealer). I’ve owned several Mercedes over the last couple decades. Instead of taking them to the dealer, I have gotten them serviced at Beemer and Benz. Now that I’ve moved to Palm Springs, I still return to Steve’s shop for repairs and maintenance. 100% trust in the work that is done, and consistently good communication and reasonable pricing. This is THE place for MB service, especially if your Benz is a few years old or racking up the miles. The team is prompt, professional and honest.
