Steve did an excellent work, changing and replacing my transmission fluid and transmission pan on my x5.
Had one good experience with Steve. I tried two separate times to bring him business. One time he stated he was going to be out of town with no attempt to setup a future time to look at my vehicle. The next time he just outright ignored me. Steve lacks professionalism.

Steve replaced the clutch master cylinder on my wife’s ‘97 Z3. The car was in and out in 24 hours. Easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, fair pricing, and fast turnaround. I have never experienced this with a BMW technician before. I’m going to stop working on it myself and bring it to Steve.
