Steve’s Automotive is by far the best most knowledgeable mechanic in Skagit Valley. Honest, reliable and the hardest working man I know, Steve will give it to you straight and never takes a dime more than the service they provide is worth. If anything he should be charging more than he does for his expertise. There is not enough stars to rate this place.

I used to think Steve's Automotive was the best place in the area for service until I took my SubaruOutback in for an oil change. In addition to the oil change, they recommended replacing the air and cabin air filters and cleaning the battery terminals, which they did. They charged $49.95 for the parts for the oil change, which is higher than anyone else in the area would charge for parts and labor, and then charged labor on top of that. When my friend and mechanic passed away wasn't sure were to go. Popped into Steve's when I purchased my truck. Surprise we've known each other since we were kids. Great shop, glad I made that stop.
