I have a Maytag washer, it started making a loud roaring noise during the spin cycle. I googled it, every site said it was the bearings, so I called around to get a quote. I called 3 other appliance repair companies before calling Steve’s, and all 3 told me that they would not quote over the phone, but would charge me a $60 service call to come out and give me a quote, which then if i had the work done by them they would waive the fee.
