One of the greatest experiences, I can say that I’ve had with a repair service. Steve was informative, upfront and honest, very responsive and quick! My washer stopped draining, and I was up late until 1am trying to get it fixed on my own via YouTube and duct tape (Lol). The next morning, I started making calls as I needed to make sure I could get my problem fixed so I could do weekend laundry… Everyone was booked out, and pretty expensive. But not Steve! Called Steve to replace a gas valve on our stove and he called back after I left a message within an hour. He’s the type of guy you could let in your home without you being there.
