Had a problem with the AC compressor in the middle of the heat wave recently. Called Steve's and told them about the problem . They said a tech was close and he could come over after finishing up at his first stop. He came over and figured out what the problem was and fixed it fast. I know they were busy but I never got the sense that they were rushing to get down. The tech I think was Mike,very professional and the price I thought was right . Should have posted this earlier. When home A/C went out, contacted the service I usually used. Service/Repair technician came out and looked at the unit. Took unit apart and determined that a new unit was needed. Mind you, this was not upsetting at first, since the unit was installed when our home was built in 1984. Gave me an estimate for a replacement unit! Rich came out to see what the problem was with our furnace. We were very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and help. Knew right away what the problem was and got it corrected. Steve's Air Cond. & Htg. is also very affordable. Rich is a real asset to this business. Thank you, God bless
Steve and his employees are honest and straightforward, but are also not going to rip you off. They'll do everything they can to solve the problem without trying to sell you something. They're definitely going to be my go-to company for any furnace or A/C issues. Great job!
