John Thomas was very passionate and professional about his work. Informed us what was going on every step of the way. We were very pleased with him and the second technician that came later.
Had them come out in Oct of 2022 to look at replacing two units. It took a month to get a quote…then I had to check in repeatedly to see if the equipment had arrived (which they did say would take some time due to back orders). Come to find out in March 2023 that the equipment had arrived some time earlier, but I was never notified until I followed up. Great work, reliable!
This is a great local company. It is obvious they know what they are doing. Cody and Dan replaced my whole unit inside and out in 3 hours. It was around $5500. Mcwilliams wanted $16,000 yes a crazy number for the same thing. Cody is very professional and is happy to make it right every time.
