Having vehicle trouble over 300 miles from home is never comfortable. I called Steve first thing in the morning and he told me to stop by. It was obvious the shop was very busy but Steve and one of his techs looked at my truck immediately. My issue was serious but they assured me I could get my truck home as my issue would've been covered under warranty work I recently had done. RecommendedHad an issue heading to Madison, our car started to act up. We made a stop, they told us what needed to be done. They didn’t have time to change our oil. And they did not charge us for the diagnostic!!!
brought in a car that needed a tie rod boot replaced. they had it for an extra three days. they tore the new boot and instead of replacing it. they filled it with permatex. avoid like the plague.
