Every assessment is clearly explained (sometimes too technical that I don’t fully understand to be honest), and he consistently offers well considered options before moving forward. After 10 years of reliable service, I can say with confidence that Justin is someone I trust fully with my properties.
We hired Justin to fix a leak in our front porch roof, and what started as a roofing repair turned out to be a much bigger job than expected. Once the roof was opened up, there was extensive rot in the framing, insulation and roof structure that had likely been there for years.
