We hired Justin to fix a leak in our front porch roof, and what started as a roofing repair turned out to be a much bigger job than expected. Once the roof was opened up, there was extensive rot in the framing, insulation and roof structure that had likely been there for years. Justin was honest about what he found, explained the repairs, and focused on fixing the root cause rather than just covering things up.
