ZERO STARS. I brought my 12 month old here after having a high fever for over 5 days, a cough and every other symptom in between. All they did was keep shoving Advil down her throat after I kept telling them I wanted tests done. I ended up leaving after waiting 6 + hours for absolutely no reason.
Dr. Chubbs is a wonderful doctor! He made sure to keep me updated with information on my good friends condition and made the extra effort to follow up with me when he said he would even when the hospital was very busy. The hospital staff there do the best they can with what they have to work with. A small family hospital with a big heart ❤️ I look forward to the day when the exciting new renovations are complete! Well overdue!!
My wife was told the wait time for her ultrasound results would be only two hours, but she ended up waiting nearly seven hours just to receive the results. And they didn't find what is the issue. We were also instructed not to leave the hospital because if they called her name and she was not present, the entire process would have to start again.
