This hospital is the worst for malpractice. Some years ago I went in to have my baby and instead of giving me the epidural in my spine the doctor, I believe his name was Lo, injected me in the spine with morphine causing my baby to be born not breathing and me sick to my stomach. All the staff were very loud and inconsiderate to our needs. There was a nurse there at the time name Kara who was sleeping at the desk when I was almost dying as well my unborn baby. At this point in time, access to the emergency dept. is impossible. Bad joke. If you drive your own car, you will be dead before you get to the front door.
If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. My family member was scheduled for a mammogram, her letter clearly states April 20th at 12:15pm as her appointment date/time. Money was spent on Uber, she arrived early today only to be told by the staff that her appointment is tomorrow. The staff were arrogant, didn't care or apologize for their mistake on the appointment information & then called a taxi for her that she had to pay for. I’m not coming back here even if i was bleeding out and dying. I just got back from using the rapid assessment zone that was recently added that is meant for minor symptoms like coughs, colds, etc, because I had a very sore throat. When I saw the triage nurse she was talking to me like I’m and idiot and didn’t even seem to know what the rapid assessment zone is when I mentioned it and told me “This isn’t a walk in clinic” I heard her being rude to other patients as well.
