They have no problem taking your money your money and selling you a bunch of lies in return. In 2015 my husband purchased a brand new Mazda with about 9 miles on it. Last week his car completely dies on him. They said it was his engine and blamed it on oil maintenance negligence. Good experience overall. Low pressure sales team that was very honest and informative about giving me a refund on my unused warranty for a trade-in. Sarah was very friendly and helpful in finding a Miata for me that wasn't yet listed. My only complaints are that the detailing job on my used vehicle purchase was shoddy considering they had a week to get the car ready. Everyone was pretty nice. The ladies room toilet handle broke. Not a good thing, lol. I actually had to leave the showroom when someone either heated up some food, or brought it in. I have severe food allergies.
Our salesman was great. Service department was amazing. Too bad they closed down recently.
