I was getting my oil changed and a pipe fell from the building and hit my car. Cheyenne was very honest about it and I was quickly able to schedule an appointment for them to repaint the damage. There was no manager available at the time which was frustrating, but Cheyenne was professional and polite about it. I came in a few days later and it was fixed. For being 2 months into the job she handled the situation great.
