Nick Smith, our “Client Advisor” (nice title), was great! My husband purchased his Honda Hybrid CRV from him last year and asked for him again when it was time to trade in my old faithful 2013 Civic for a new ‘26 Civic Hatchback Hybrid. My only regret is that I won’t be buying another Honda for approximately 15 years as they are so reliable and I tend to hang onto my cars forever. Just purchased a new Honda Odyssey from S-H Honda. Our salesperson Ray Ortiz was very attentive to our needs. When we first talked, I had decided we were not buying at the time.
