Horrible service. My father is 70 years old. His A/C went out and called on a Wednesday to reschedule a service appointment that was set for the upcoming Monday. Stevenson scheduled a tech to come out on the following Friday sometime between 4pm and 8pm. That technician never showed up or called. So my father called them to see what was going on. Apparently no tech was ever scheduled in the first place and now he will have to wait until the following Tuesday to have it serviced, which is a whole day later than the original a... read more
