Iwoke up to a warm house this morning, ugh. I checked the thermostat to be sure that everything was set properly, and it was. The blower inside was working, but the AC wasn't running outside. I texted the heating and air company that we use, Stevenson Heat & Air, at 5:55am. I heard back in a few minutes that they were on the way. The owner, Todd, got here, fixed it, and left by 6:42am. These guys are top notch. Quick to respond. They know what they are doing. They bought out Mathis/took over and it has been nothing short of amazing dealing with them. We called them tonight because my air conditioning unit upstairs drip pan somehow overflowed and leaked through my ceiling through my light fixtures downstairs. They were here within 20 minutes from the time they responded to me. If you want someone good to take care of your heating and air needs these are the guys. Seriously call them.
Our A/C stopped working and they were here within 2 hours! The guy that did our service was incredibly professional and they were very reasonably priced. I am so happy with the service we received from them! Absolutely glad I chose to call this company.
Amazing service from Stevenson!! Randomly our AC unit went out and when in the downtown area I just picked a sign and hoped for the best. Couldn’t have asked for a better servicer!! They were at my house in LESS THAN A HALF HOUR, and we were up and running in less than a couple hours. They were so nice, efficient, and effective for us first time homebuyers who had no clue how to fix the issue!!
