Dr Stevenson was good - called to check. But their games they play about with insurance and over quoting and make you pay huge amounts out-of-pocket even though my insurance said they covered more than what they were saying by almost $1000. When I did finally get a refund, they sent it to the wrong person not me who is the insurance holder but my child’s name which made it a mess to try to go back. After receiving a reply on my first review, my daughter’s father called Heather as we were told to do. Heather said she would call the attorney to wave to $800 fee he is charging us because aspire forgot to file my daughter’s surgery with her insurance. The attorney declined and Heather called back to say nothing can be done and then asked if I could take down my review. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and be careful when choosing the right oral surgery center because this has been the worst experience ever. If we fail... read more
I have to give 1 star because even after providing photo proof of my insurance which I sent in because it was asked of me I was still sent to collections then charged another 800 for negligence on their part. Instead of them saying hey ok it might be are fault let’s work something out. again I provided a photo copy with date and time. They just showed they don’t care for their customers just about the money. It’s unfortunate
