I highly recommend Stevenson Dental Solutions for the bench test preparation. Dr. Stevenson is the best teacher one can have to learn dentistry. He has the vast amount of knowledge and will guide you through the teeth preparation. He will tell you the things which one might haven't studied in his whole life.
