Extremely poor service with zero professionalism. After an initial phone call and a promise of a call a month later, no call. Again, after leaving two more messages there was no phone call returned. After speaking to the office manager about this, she hung up on me.
They do not return phone calls, and hung up on when asked why the appraiser cannot return phone call.... Do not do business with them! Very unprofessional and rude.
A slum lord who does not properly maintain his properties. Caters to renters who have no respect for others' property or privacy. Complaints about troublesome tenants go unanswered.
