I have been living here for a short time. At the beginning, I loved this property because it is small and quiet. But I am very disappointed with the administration. The manager is rude, often angry, and her attitude is unprofessional. She also makes a lot of mistakes, sending out letters accusing tenants of things that never actually happened. This place is wonderful and calm atmosphere, it is very clean and had amazing and friendly staff like Arvis, he is very kind outgoing and his service is excellent, he is also very responsible and takes his for granted.
