I liked living there, but why did we have to pay for internet and 12 dollars for air filters. I used to buy the 3 month hypo allergenic filters. I felt that was very unfair. I was already paying for my own internet and then paying you 40 a month for your WI fi connection. Which by the way I did not want or need.

Very good Company to rent from.l have rented from them for almost four years now.I have notice that they even have tenants that have been here even longer then me.Very good .

I normally would not give energy to rating a realty company, but I just had the worst experience with them that is more than worth noting. I applied to a unit weeks ago, approx 3 weeks and my application was approved for it the very next day. I continued with the process very promptly, provided all the necessary documents the minute they’d ask for it and then patiently waited for them to get back to me.
