DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ........Had paid 1st month and a week later got a letter and a call saying they double locked my unit due to late payment lol .happend twice. People hang out or live in their units at nite over run with mice .YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH STEVENS .IF I didn't care if mice chewed up all my stuff and s**t all over my clothes and dishes And furniture I wouldn't have rented a storage .

I have rented a storage unit from Steven's for years. 2 of them. This past year, we are constantly being told my storage units are going to auction!!! We always pay our units!!!! Today we were told our accounts were 60 days late!! Not true!! They are constantly messing our account up!! They took our cards out of the account again!! I'm so worried one day they are going to get rid of our stuff because of their mistake!! It is hard to understand the foreign staff. Not good at communicating charges clearly to clients. DO NOT PAY VIA THE PORTAL-you will get charged at least $16 extra. Be prepared to pay extra money with these people because they will hit you every chance they can. You get what you pay for

Terrible..Just don't do it. Bad access, can barely get in or out with a truck or trailer. Mud, Trash, Door that barely works. The worst I ever rented. Go 1/4 mile farther down the road to AAfordable Storage. Clean, open access.

Great low price rates, however mild quality. Some of the larger units leak water so you'll need pallets as a barrier.
