This Agent jerks buyers around with weird flip-flop moves. We recently entered into a purchase agreement where this agent required the home be in an agreement before we even see it. Then once in an agreement, they acted like it was a huge burden for us to see the property and would schedule a time to see the home (with tenants there at the same time) and then backed out and re-scheduled.
