I did a year contract with them, sorry to say absolutely awful company. Tried to charge me 3500$ to repair a 2sqft peice of sheet rock. 800$ to plow 5 inches of snow, once. One time cleaning charges of 700$. Refused to get other estimates insisting they only used "their guys" even though the website says they will gladly get multiple quotes and handle the projects from start to finish, they did neither. Deplorable service.
Extremely high quality, professional and customer service oriented. Managed my property through Covid. Can't say enough good things about this company. I live far from the property they managed and Marty did an amazing job caring for my rental property like it was his own. Absolutely recommend for single or multiple property management! Stevens rented our property and Managed it for 5 years while I was out of the area. They are top notch, never had an issue with getting paid and communicated with us everytime anything came up with the property.
