I had a great buying experience with Bayley. I walked in wanting a new tucson and instead, I fell in love with the 2026 Santa Fe XRT. Customer service was great (though they were very busy) and everything went nice and smooth.
Our buying experience went great here but we just had our first service appointment and that went horribly. We were told 3 hours for computer updates, oil change and tire rotation. So we took 2 cars so we could get our shopping done in that 3 hours. They called after 1 hour and said your car is ready. Well we were at lunch so we got there to pick it up when we were done. To start with the service department the first time I was in did nothing with the car and I spent a whole day without my vehicle. The second time in for service. The service department was great. Mark did a great job of getting me in. When ordering our vehicle, Baily Sandborn was very professional courtesy informative answered questions. If you didn’t know the answer, he found the answer in a timely manner in the four months it took to get the vehicle. He was always there to answer my questions and when the vehicle came in, he sat with me and walked me through different things to help me understand all the technologies in the updates on this vehicle he wasn’t rushing. Stevens Point Auto Center staff were friendly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The service was fast and the waiting room was comfortable with a TV, complementary coffee, tea and bottled water, and snacks.
