2 of the last 3 times our vehicle went in for service it have to be towed backed. Each fault was caused by their mechanics failures. The vehicle is new too, this should not happen. First, tech failed to install oil filter properly causing the oil to dump out in the highway Second, air conditioner warranty work they performed caused all the coolant to dump out on the highway as well.
Broke multiple parts on brand new car with warranty work after I just paid them over $1k, told me it was fixed, and then is making me wait multiple days to attempt to look at it. Was lied to about getting a loaner and refused to shuttle 25 minutes away after breaking my car. They broke pieces off inside my door causing a rattle, they broke the window switch, the interior door handle is tight meaning they either bent it or routed it wrong, all while only doing a headgasket. Bought a car from there a couple years ago, transmission is failing last month brought it to a local mechanic in waupaca. He could replace it with a used one. Before he started i called scaffidis to see if they would be able to fix it under warranty. They said absolutely they would so we set up an apoitment 3 weeks later. I risked driving it on the highway nearly breaking down. Then it turns out it's not covered under warranty and want to put in a new one for almost $10000.
