Last Fall we had a dispute on a charge for a service. The service manager verbally agreed to split the bill with us in October of ‘25. I sent email at that time as well and followed up with another email in December. I left voice mail this month along with another email. I am clearly being ignored. Not good business practice. Please stand by your word.
Shitty service. bad for a car dealership. I would not go back.After sale sucks or lack of. Avoid this dealership. They don't return calls. Once you buy you are done with.
Brought our car in for chipped paint after receiving a recall in the mail. Mike P. took pictures and after not hearing back from him after leaving several messages for weeks, we had to go through Hyundai ourselves and were informed he never sent the pictures in. When he finally did get back to us, he claimed Hyundai would not cover the cost because the chips were caused by rocks which was not true. We bought a 2026 Hyundai Tucson from Hunter and he was fantastic to work with! Answered all of our questions and was very personable. Wayne the financial advisor was also great to work with! What a fantastic car buying experience! Stopped on a random Saturday to just drive through the lot and take a look at a couple vehicles I seen posted online. Was approached by Charles (who was not pushy at all!). Ended up test driving the 2 I was originally interested. Neither really ended up fitting what I was looking for.
