I've been dealing with Stevens marine for over 30 years. As guiding is my business, I depend on my equipment and need it everyday. They have always been there for me, like last Friday September 30th. My boat came in to swap out a depth gauge that was going bad. This is a simple plug and play fix that I confirmed with the boat manufacturer beforehand. Many phone calls and unanswered messages. Stevens promptly informs me that they somehow “burned up the gauge”. I went to Stevens marine in Tigard on a recommendation from a friend for winterizing and a detail. At first they were easy to deal with. Within a week I was getting the run around they weren’t sure if my boat was detailed yet or getting winterized. Finally after my many phone calls to check the status of my boat and 3 weeks later (they never called me to let me know what was going on) my boat was ready.
