Great guy, but...Poor communication skills and consonantly talks to his computer with a microphone rather than typing out whatever. That technology is fine, but when you're having problems with your meds or whatever, it's really distracting. Also he doesn't come across as confident and therefore makes it feel like he doesn't know what he's doing, even though he does. Still a great guy though
