This man took a guardian/conservator to court over a final accounting of the estate with his only evidence being a stolen letter his client had given him. The judge dismissed immediately but not without having the estate charged for at least two lawyers in the amount of nearly 15K. It was unclear if Stevens fees came out of the estate also but if so, the total dollars lost, over a stolen piece of evidence, may have been closer to 22K. He was also late arriving in court.
