Dr. Stevens is a very nice lady and she can come off as a rude person to some by the way she speaks but I assure you she's far from that. Very knowledgeable and professional. She tells you exactly how it is and sugar coats nothing. But that is what you need to do when talking to people about their vision. I had selected frames which I thought were a good fit.
