I had a nameplate necklace made by Steven's on Etsy about 5 years ago that is a piece I wear everyday. When the plate snapped after getting snagged on a blanket, the Etsy store was gone but upon calling I was asked to send the necklace so they could fix it. Instead, Edgar made me a whole new necklace and even delivered it directly to my hotel lobby when I was in NJ ( I live in LA). The work is beautiful and Edgar was so kind and collaborative.
