Steve's House of Horrors. I bought an expensive XM radio system from them when it was first released. It was defective from the start. They said it was my fault and I had to waste several hours over the course of many days going to their store and arguing with them. After it was all over, they admitted the shipment of radios they received was defective and it wasn't my faultl. Can't Be Trusted In the past year I have had my fog lights, mp3 connection, and sound system installed by Stevens house of deals. In the long run, there is no deal. I have had to come back to this place to fix each thing they installed at separate occasions. In each trip they claimed something broke and they installed something knew and always had to pay more. They never back up there work and they almost work like scam artists. But hey, you get what you pay for.
House of Peels This is a House of Peels. After spending a full day the installation of blue tooth speaker had to be uninstalled. Yet throughout the day the Manager "Adam" kept saying "they're getting it ready" for the finish --which never came. The service was consistent with the deplorable condition of the place: an indoor junkyard with an ignorant manager.
House of hell Stay Away at all costs went in there for a dvd am/fm radio etc. and all new speakers, ( what was i thinking) They installed the radio i left but had to come back the next day because the radio and speakers would shut on and off everytime i opened the door plus the front speakers were terrible. He said adam that maybe something was wrong with the radio and say he would change it , i said i wanted something better he said for I think $5o more he would give me a better one i also said please check speakers they so... read more
more than satisfied in response to Ripped Off An Old Lady- I believe you have posted a review on the WRONG buisness. Stevens House of Deals is not a car dealership. But bring by your unhappy car purchase and they will be happy to put in a great stereo and alarm for you.
Ripped off an old lady!! Do not buy a car from here. My mother bought a lincoln continental, and they took total advantage of her, as the engine had a knock in it. This place should stick to what they know-stereos-and leave the car sales to the dealerships. They have now lost a bunch of business because of this. They took advantage of an old lady.
Great car audio store This is a great place to go for all your car stereo needs. They also sell Alarms for autos as well. They have what ever you need and their prices aren't too bad. They do great installation work and sometimes they can do it right there while you wait. They also have ample parking and i believe they are open 7 days a week.
