This property is truly a value for the money. Kaitlyn the manager, and Jeremy the maintenance tech, are great. It’s a downtown property, so there is street noise, but the new renovations carried out by Berger are great. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a good apartment for a good price right downtown!
