I would like to share 1 of my 2 experiences with service department. Both experiences are pretty much the same. My car was missing diagnosed twice was told a bad torque converter. I asked if the whole transmission should be replaced and was told no just converter. Replaced converter driver car from November to late January took back in for same problem it was having the first time.
