I’ve never had service through you guys but yesterday I witnessed one of your employees stop and help an elderly man cross the street. That right there deserves 5 stars. Thank you for showing me there is still kindness in the world.
I was very disappointed with this window cleaning service. They arrived late, rushed through the job, and left visible streaks and spots on several windows. When I contacted them to fix the issue, communication was slow and unhelpful. For the price charged, I expected much better quality and professionalism. I won’t be using them again.
Matt left my windows with more streaks than they started with then refused to come back and remedy the situation.
